1. To qualify for the ‘Refer and Earn’ Scheme (the “Scheme”) you must be a registered user of Betfair.
2. The referred customer must be a new user to Betfair, not having previously held a Betfair account, and have made a deposit and provided details such as debit or credit card which have been verified.

15. Betfair may at any time suspend or void the Scheme for any reason that Betfair, in its absolute discretion, thinks appropriate and any liability from Betfair to you shall immediately cease upon you being informed of such action.
